Payment should be made in full at the time of purchase unless an agreement is made with me beforehand.
IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL A WORKSHOP
If you are unable to attend your booked workshop and it’s more than 7 days in advance of the start date, then I can offer you a course on an alternative date or a credit note which will be valid for 1 year. If cancellation is within 7 days of your workshop I’m afraid I am unable to offer a refund. We do appreciate that sometimes-unforeseen circumstances may mean that you can’t attend so we are happy for you to send along a friend to take your place or offer you a credit note worth 50% of the value. If a friend will be taking your place, please e-mail their details before arrival.
MY RIGHT TO CANCEL A WORKSHOP
Should I need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, I will aim to give you as much notice as possible of the cancellation. I will give you a full refund or if you prefer a transfer to an alternative available course. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any liability for travel or other costs.
GOODS
As the items are hand made I make them to order.
Please allow 28 days for delivery.
Refunds will only be given within 14 days of delivery if you are not entirely happy.
Return postage will be at the customers expense unless the item is faulty.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are non-refundable. We do appreciate that sometimes, unforeseen circumstances may mean they cannot be used but we are happy for them to be transferred to a friend. Please allow 5 working days for delivery. They are valid for one year. If you need them quickly please e-mail me and I will ensure it goes straight away.
